1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive your Order ID immediately at checkout for tracking.

3. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for domestic orders. A small handling fee may apply in some regions, shown at checkout before you place your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, use your Order ID on our Track Order page to view live delivery status.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient and not included in our shipping charges.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact hello@aurako.com with your Order ID and we'll investigate with the carrier right away.
