Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products can be returned within 14 days if you experience an adverse reaction, accompanied by photos where applicable.

2. How to Start a Return

1. Contact us at hello@aurako.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the item securely with the original packaging where possible.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit, at your preference. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Final sale / clearance items marked as non-returnable
• Products damaged due to misuse

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges — please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
